Purchasing Courses
Can I use this video to recertify for my C3P and STAR status?
Yes! This 6 hour training video will qualify for the C3P and STAR recertification, and the $75 recertification fee is waived because you are training with Spectrum.
Are there any discounts offered on courses?
For all group orders, for every 6 people registered, 1 registrant is free; no special discount code is needed
All Spectrum Enterprises clients and any housing authorities receive $100 off per registrant the online versions of the C3P, STAR, and Fair Housing courses; you will need a code for this discount, so contact info@spectrumtests.com before you register.
Additional governmental agency discounts are available; please contact info@spectrumtests.com before you register.
Can I purchase courses for employees and colleagues?
Yes, you can buy courses for your organization or team. In fact, we encourage it, as we offer a free registration for every six users. Buy 18 and three of the members are free!
Can my company request private training?
Yes – pricing is subject to the presenter’s discretion and availability, but please contact info@spectrumtests.com for more information. Please have the course name, number of people that you are looking to train and specific dates in mind before contacting us. Also note, Spectrum Compliance requires a signed contract for these types of trainings.

Can I stop and start these courses as needed?
Yes – you can pause as needed, then resume where you left off.
Can I manage my team or employees?
Yes. Group management is built into the learning system. You will have the ability to invite users, buy more licenses, and review your teams progress.
Course Credits
How do I obtain the initial C3P and/or STAR certifications?
Visit one of these links to take those courses online or attend a live seminar.
At the completion of taking either of these courses online or attending a live seminar, you will be given access to take the designated course exam. After obtaining at least an 80% passing score, your certification will be granted (PDF document with your designation).
If I have both the C3P and STAR designations, would I need 12 hours of continuing education to increase both designations?
