How to Enroll
- To register 1 person, select Individual.
- To purchase multiple licenses, select Group, then create a Group Name below.
- For multiple licenses, you will receive an email with instructions that you will forward to your registrants; from that email, each registrant will be able to login to their own account and enter all of their registration information.
This 6-hour training course, presented in four 90-minute sessions, includes rules and regulations, helpful hints, best practice reminders, resources and tools for those in the industry who work directly with applicant and tenant files. This course was created by Spectrum Enterprises’ own compliance analysts and was designed to provide a more detailed training on applicant tenant file documentation.
